Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• A valid credit/debit card or UPI is required to confirm bookings
• NestoStay reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of policy violations

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must be 18+ years old (minors with guardian only)
• All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in
• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest
• NestoStay is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings

Liability

• NestoStay provides services on an "as-is" basis
• We are not liable for injuries sustained during third-party activities
• Adventure activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
