How Refunds Work
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For partial payments, only the paid amount is considered for refund calculations.
- Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- During peak season or festivals, special cancellation terms may apply (communicated at time of booking).
Modifications
Need to change your dates? We're flexible! Modifications are free if made 3+ days in advance (subject to availability). For changes within 3 days, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, we will offer full credit for a future stay or a refund.
